International Law

This course covers the understanding of the rules and principles of International law which also known as ‘Public International Law’. The course of International Law examines several key aspects of the law that regulates relations between states, or state with other international law subjects; it also provides student with the knowledge of sources of International law, territorial sovereignty, jurisdiction, and responsibility of state under International law.  The relation between international law and municipal legal system is also covered in this course, so students in the faculty of law will aware that this course are worthwhile acquiring because it promises a fundamental understanding of the knowledge as well as skills needed by any law student, regardless its field of interest. Using a combination of lecture session with our prominent professors and academicians, combined with an active learning methodology in class, students will be equipped by both legal knowledge and skills needed in the globalized world.
