International Settlement of Dispute Law

This course is a compulsory subject offered for semester 6 students. Students will be introduced to international dispute institutions and procedures both diplomatic as well as legal mechanism. Focus of the subject is dispute among states and other international law subjects. Combination of lecture, discussion, student presentation, case study and role play is offered to gain comprehensive understanding in dispute settlement.
