Davina Oktivana, S.H., M.H.


Davina Oktivana, S.H., M.H. is a lecturer in Department of International Law, Faculty of Law, Universitas Padjadjaran. She is obtained her bachelor and master from Universitas Padjadjaran and soon to commence her PhD. Her research focuses on the area of the law of the sea, natural resources law and international environmental law. She has published numerous journal articles and book chapters in those areas. She has a particular interest in marine protected areas, fisheries, biodiversity conservation, and climate change. She is a member of ICLOS (Indonesian Centre on the Law of the Sea), ILA (International Law Association) and editor of Padjadjaran Journal of International Law (PJIL). She is currently teaching International Law, International Law of the Sea, International Environmental Law, Natural Resources Law, Diplomatic and Consular Law, International Organization Law, Settlement of International Dispute Law, International Treaty Law, and Case Study of International.
