Imam Mulyana specialises in International Law and member of the International Law Association. He teaches and researches in the areas of the international organization, international disputes settlement, law of treaties, and law of natural resources. He has received academic qualifications from Universitas Padjadjaran (both bachelor and master of law) and presently completing his PhD program at the University of Aberdeen, UK, to in-depth his knowledge in the law of natural resources, in particular, renewable energy.
Imam has started his career in Department of International Law Universitas Padjadjaran since 2006 and also worked as an editor for Padjadjaran Journal of International Law. Imam’s current research agenda focuses on the legal theory of state sovereignty over natural resources, environmental democracy, renewable energy, and public participation in environmental decision-making.
